STATE POLICIES, PROGRAMS AND REGULATIONS
How's your state doing?   "Freeing the Grid 2007 Edition," published by the Network for New Energy Choices, delivers a report card for the entire country, grading each state on its net metering and interconnection rules.

The NC Solar Center, a project of North Carolina State University, maintains an interactive Database of State Incentives for Renewables and Efficiency (DSIRE) at www.dsireusa.org. This site includes federal incentives along with a clickable map for accessing each state's programs and policies.
RESEARCH REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
These reports and presentations are among the many thoughtful examinations available to help guide your thinking on effective policies and programs to encourage solar adoption in your state.
